Argentina, a megadiversity country, is South America’s second largest nation. It straddles a wide range of climatic and geographic zones, and incorporates areas from the frigid subpolar in the south, to subtropical rainforest in the north. Our photography tours here focus on two spectacular but very different areas – Patagonia, incorporating both Argentina and Chilean territory, and the breathtaking Iguazú Falls, which are often regarded as the most scenic waterfall on earth!
Visiting Los Glaciares National Park in Argentina and Torres del Paine National Park in Chile, our Patagonia Photography tour promises some of the most incredible landscape photography on earth, as well as opportunities for the legendary Puma and Guanaco.
Complementing the dramatic scenery of Patagonia is the wonder that is Iguazú Falls, said to be the most voluminous falls on earth! Our 4 day extension offers a plethora of brightly coloured birds including tanagers, hummingbirds, euphonia’s and trogons in addition to the more showy mammals such as Capuchin Monkey and South American Coati.
